 Managing Director

Will Ahmad is a seasoned professional in the audience development field, with nearly 20 years of experience helping publishers meet their goals while staying within budget. From B2B media companies to leading event organizers, Will has worked across a wide range of industries throughout Asia and globally to managing audiences for his partners.

Before founding Mediatudes, he was Director of Audience Development and Circulation for Questex LLC. For nearly a decade he managed a readership database with more than one million active subscribers and over 700,000 eNewsletter recipients. The 30+ product lines he dealt with during this time encompassed over 20 industries and 100 business sectors – all leveraged with the use of proprietary market research, profiling/segmentation, as well as leading-edge technology.

He brings this successful track record to his current role as an audience development and digital marketing consultant, that helps brands and publishers expand and monetize their most valuable asset — their audience.

Emanuela Castagnetti

Business Development Director

Emanuela is an enthusiastic and dynamic executive with over 25 years of experience in media marketing and advertising. CIM trained on digital media planning and social media marketing, she has a proven ability to work alongside clients sales & product teams when planning for demand generation and awareness programs including telemarketing, in-person events, content syndication, webinars and virtual roundtables.

Emanuela likes to work very closely with her clients. She is responsible for Mediatudes direct channel marketing, business development and campaigns management. Her understanding of leads generation techniques for the development of MQLs makes her a great team player for both our clients and Mediatudes operational team. She has a positive attitude and always strives to reach the best results by building on past successes and learning from challenges encountered.

Shipman Kwok

Director – Audience Development and Circulation 

Shipman Kwok has honed his talents in audience development and circulation management over the past decade, focusing on the events and B2B media industries. Having worked his way up from junior staffer to senior manager, Shipman knows the ins and outs of responsibilities ranging from data cleaning and segmentation to newsletter management and customer support to onboarding and staff development for his team members.

With a strong focus on data privacy and adherence to clients’ security requirements, Shipman works closely with business partners to ensure their campaigns comply with local and corporate guidelines for handling campaign and audience data.

My background in Psychology has equipped me with good leadership and interpersonal skills to be able to solve concerns within the team with a very professional demeanor. Having a decade of work experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a call center, I am obsessed with great results and I have high interest in research and analysis to provide action plans in order to achieve both short term and long term goals.

Currently working with Mediatudes for Audience Development - Events Division, I am very passionate with achieving successful events. I believe that efficiency and accuracy should always work hand in hand and to attain that, the team has to be united. My motivation comes within the team as we are one with our goal - TO DELIVER.

Gayle Gonzales-Valencia

Administration Global Director

Graduating with a Bachelors’s degree in Tourism from the top university of the country, the University of the Philippines, Gayle had the best training under her hat for the hospitality industry. Her years of experience in the corporate world helped her increase her network, skills, and experience in dealing with senior-level executives and in managing a team.

Currently employed as the Head of Audience Development for the Events Division for Mediatudes International, she drives the Philippines Team in guesting events hosted by clients all over Asia. She is hardworking, a dependable manager, and a great leader that can both achieve harmony in a team and at the same time guarantee delivery of amazing results.
