We are based in Hong Kong and all our work is done in-house. No outsourcing. Our telemarketers are all professionals and native foreign language speakers.

For every campaign we appoint a Leads Manager who proactively handles each project, monitors the calling performance and ensures the quality of the leads and its integrity. Each agent is briefed and trained prior to each client campaign and we do systematic calls reviewing to assess performance.

Mediatudes can count on a team of professionals with a strong B2B media background. Most of our staff worked for QuestexAsia until the company decided to close down its operations and its large portfolio of B2B media titles in 2019. Because of strong demand from the market, we created Mediatudes to continue working together and presented our solutions directly to B2B companies and to third party agencies and publishers.

Today we have 50+ multilingual in-house telemarketers based in HK, SG, PH and India and we are growing every month. In addition, a dedicated qualified team works daily on the generation of new data and contacts name to meet our clients requirements for accounts based marketing campaigns.
